Live Your Life Without Regret
I want to ask you a question. It’s a deep and probing one so get ready!
There is one guarantee in this life. You will die. If you are 50 or older, it is very likely that you have maybe 30 more years to live. That is 1,560 weeks and approximately 11,000 days.
So here is my question to you:
When all is said and done, will you regret that you did not uncover and take action on your life’s calling before it’s too late?
When I reached my mid-fifties I asked myself this same question. I had already created a good life but I was exhausted and loosing passion for my work. I was a successful acupuncturist and I was suffering. I craved more self-care, more balance and more joy but believed I could not succeed without personal sacrifice and stress.
The day I asked myself if I would die with regret was the day I committed to uncovering my life’s calling.
The Secret To Uncovering Your Purpose
People ask me why, when I had a thriving, well-established acupuncture practice, I returned to school to become a coach. Good question. My answer? So that I could create a life of inspiration, joy, satisfaction and alignment!
Let me explain. I feel my healing hands are a gift I was given and using them is part of what I’m here to do, yet there is much more for me to offer. It is my purpose to help women and men who seek a more meaningful life, to deepen their satisfaction, live with more peace, and celebrate abundant love – regardless of the circumstances around them. That is why I modified my acupuncture practice in favor of working with coaching clients to help them create the life of their dreams.
Coaching begins by doing the work to uncover the clients unique purpose as they begin to build self respect and clarity, awaken their vibrant life force, and ignite their passion. Everyday actions become a playing field for authentic expression, satisfaction and joy.

Balance Your Insulin, Lose Your Belly
Meet my client Marcie.
Tired of a lifetime of abuse by the little voice inside her head Marcie enrolled in a 12-week coaching series with me last fall. She wanted to lose weight, but more importantly Marcie wanted to feel more comfortable in her body.
Like many of us, Marcie suffered with belly fat. She was a conscious eater, never stopping at a drive through and rarely choosing packaged foods. She had reduced her red meat intake preferring chicken as her main source of protein and was not fond of fish. Marcie loved fruit and ate Mexican food often. She ate whole, organic bread, grains and cereal. And yet, even though Marcie was making good whole food choices, she carried 30 extra pounds that was with her since she birthed her son 20 years ago.
