Tapping is a little like being your own Acupuncturist
The purpose of tapping is to move the blocks that lodge themselves in the meridians, or rivers of energy, that run throughout our body. In the same way that acupuncture moves stagnation, tapping stimulates the body’s energy meridian points while engaging the brain through verbal participation.
